• Certificate of Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria or its equivalent in addition to the O’ Level requirements in the specified subjects for UTME.

• Diploma Certificate in physical and Heath Education with at least a merit from recognized institutions in addition to the O’Level requirements in the specified subjects for UTME.

• NCE or A level certificate, plus At Least FIVE Credits in O’Level including English Language, and FOUR of the following subjects: Health Science, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, at one or two sittings.

• At least a PASS is required for inclusive Education programme.

• IJMB Combination of Science,Social Science and Arts Subjects.

• 2 A/ Level passes in GCE /IJMB or equivalent, one of which must be in relevant subjects.
